Montgomery County, MD—Detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a man inside his apartment over the weekend.

On Sunday, officers from the Montgomery County Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 18500 block of Boysenberry Drive shortly before 11:30 AM. They found 37-year-old Antoine Lavale Parker inside his apartment with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Earlier that day, just before 5 AM, officers had responded to the same apartment complex for reports of gunfire but were unable to locate a crime scene at that time.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled Parker’s death a homicide. Anyone with information is urged to submit a tip online at www.p3tips.com or call 1-866-411-8477.
