BRONX, NY – A tragic shooting incident unfolded on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at approximately 1457 hours, at 2784 Randall Avenue within the confines of the 45th Precinct/PSA #8. Officers responded to a 911 call reporting a male shot at this location.
Upon their arrival, officers were met with a distressing scene. They found Andy Faris, a 43-year-old male, with a gunshot wound to the head in front of the premises. The victim was in critical condition and was immediately transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi for urgent medical care.
