Shooting in Baltimore Leaves One Injured

BALTIMORE, MD—A 25-year-old man was injured in a shooting incident in the Southern District of Baltimore. The event occurred on August 14, 2024, at around 7:32 p.m. in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road. Southern District patrol officers, who were called to investigate reports of gunfire, found the victim with a gunshot wound to his right leg.

Upon arrival, officers confirmed the man’s injury and reported that he is in stable condition. Southern District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation, seeking to determine the circumstances that led to the shooting.
