Shooting in Eastern Baltimore Leaves One Injured

BALTIMORE, MD- On August 3, 2023, at approximately 10:17 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded promptly to a Shot Spotter alert in the 2300 block of Greenmount Avenue.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 19-year-old male victim with apparent gunshot wounds. Medics were quickly called to provide medical attention, and the injured individual was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Fortunately, his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
