Shooting in West Columbus Leaves One Hospitalized

COLUMBUS, OH – An individual is currently receiving medical attention at Grant Medical Center following a shooting incident in west Columbus on Tuesday afternoon.

The police were alerted to the incident when a 911 caller reported that a shooting victim had knocked on her door on South Harris Avenue around 2 p.m., claiming to have been shot.

The victim’s condition is stable.

Columbus Police Department officers have detained one person in connection with the shooting.

They are currently in search of two other individuals.
