Shooting Incident on Westchester Avenue Leaves One Injured

NEW YORK — A dispute escalated into violence on Westchester Avenue, resulting in a 20-year-old male victim being shot multiple times. The altercation occurred inside 656 Westchester Avenue before moving outdoors.

The assailant, described as a light-complexioned male wearing all black, fled the scene in a dark gray Mazda SUV, bearing the Texas license plate SDR2899. Following the incident, emergency medical services transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln, where he is listed in stable condition.

Authorities are actively seeking the suspect and urge anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation.
