LEXINGTON PARK, MD – On Tuesday, at around 8:40 pm, police initiated an investigation into a shooting incident.
The shooting took place on Windsor Drive, near Southampton Drive, in Lexington Park.
Upon their arrival, first responders located a victim with a superficial wound on the back. The victim was subsequently transported by ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment.
The police are actively investigating the incident and remain at the scene for further inquiries.
