ALEXANDRIA, VA – A shooting incident in the 5500 block of Holmes Run Parkway has resulted in one serious injury and a significant police response.
The Alexandria Police Department confirmed the situation through a social media notification. Officers are currently on the scene and have cordoned off the area to conduct an investigation. One individual has been seriously injured and is receiving medical treatment.
