Shoplifter threatened New York City Home Depot employee with syringe

NEW YORK, NY – A shoplifter at a Home Depot on West 23rd Street in Manhattan threatened a worker with a syringe when the employee confronted the suspect as he was walking out of the store.

The incident happened in September, but the New York City Police Department today released a video of the suspect from nearby surveillance cameras.

The New York City Police Department is asking the public to help them identify the suspect.
