Shots fired at Linden Shopping Plaza

LINDEN, NJ – The Linden Police Department is investigating after a report of shots fired Monday afternoon at the Aviation Plaza Shopping Center on W. Edgar Rd.

At around 4:15, police responded to the plaza after multiple calls to 911 regarding shots fired.

Upon their arrival, police found several bullet casings on the ground. There were no injuries or property damage reported during the incident.

Police have not yet made an arrest.

This incident remains under investigation by the Linden Police Detective Bureau, and anyone with information is urged to contact Det. Daniel Hemenway at (908) 474-8532.
