Shots fired outside Union Avenue residence, suspect at large

BRONX, N.Y. — An unidentified individual fired multiple shots outside a residence in the Bronx early Sunday morning, police said.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:35 a.m. on September 1, 2024, in front of 1236 Union Avenue. The suspect fired several rounds before fleeing the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

No injuries were reported in connection with the shooting. Authorities are investigating the incident and have not yet identified the suspect.

The investigation is ongoing as police work to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
