Ocean County Commissioner Gary Quinn said the county could not paint a blue line because it violates NJDOT guidelines and the county could be held liable for traffic accidents in the area.

Overnight, somebody took it into their own hands and painted the line. It’s not sure whether or not Quinn and Virginia Haines will have the line removed.
