Somerset County Announces Closure of Senior Wellness Centers Due to Inclement Weather

Somerset County has announced the closure of its Senior Wellness Centers on Tuesday, February 13, amid forecasts of inclement weather. Somerset County, NJ – The decision to close the centers was made to ensure the safety of both the seniors and the staff members.

Additionally, home meal delivery services will be temporarily suspended. Clients are advised to consume the frozen “snow day” meals previously provided for such occurrences. The county assures that meal delivery will resume as soon as road conditions are deemed safe for travel.
