South Orange’s “Downtown After Sundown” Music Series Begins

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ—The South Orange Downtown live music series, “Downtown After Sundown” (DAS), is set to begin on June 8 and will continue every Saturday until August 31. This free summer music event will take place at Spiotta Park, located at 20-32 Village Plaza from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

The series promises a rich lineup of 13 live performances featuring talented local musicians across a variety of genres, including R&B, soul, flamenco, rock, and jazz. This diverse musical selection ensures there’s something to suit all tastes, making it a perfect weekend outing.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite lawn chairs and enjoy a night of music under the stars. Delicious takeout options are available from some of South Orange’s finest eateries, allowing guests to enjoy great food along with the sweet sounds of summer.
