Stafford, VA – A young driver in Stafford attempted to escape from law enforcement after being spotted driving over 100 MPH.
Identified as Timothy Garrett, the driver was eventually located by deputies, admitting to fleeing authorities due to having a “rough day.”
Garrett was arrested and faced multiple charges including eluding law enforcement and underage possession of tobacco. He was taken into custody at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
