Spring Valley Police Department Wishes Detective Happy Retirement After 36 Years

SPRING VALLEY, NY – Spring Valley Police Department Detective Reginald “Reggie” Anderson has called it quits after an amazing 36-year career in law enforcement.

Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh joined law enforcement officials from across Rockland County to thank and wish Spring Valley Police Department Detective Anderson well in his retirement.

According to Rockland County’s D.A. office, Detective Anderson also serves as a volunteer firefighter and is a member of the Spring Hill Community Ambulance Corps.

After the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack, he joined Rockland County officers aiding in search and rescue operations at Ground Zero.
