Stabbing Incident in Ephrata Leads to Aggravated Assault Charge

EPHRATA, PA – A stabbing incident took place on Sunday, at around 6:34 pm in Ephrata Borough.

Ephrata Police Officers responded to the first block of N State St, where they discovered the aftermath of an assault in a nearby residence, stemming from a domestic dispute.

Audrey Ferguson, 34, of Ephrata, was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

The 33-year-old male victim from Lancaster sustained a non-life-threatening stab wound to his shoulder blade and received medical attention at a local hospital.

Ferguson was taken to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment, with unsecured bail set at $100,000. She is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
