Stafford woman busted after cops find drugs after drive-thru meltdown at Wendy’s

STAFFORD, VA – A 38-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly causing a disturbance at a Wendy’s while under the influence of drugs, authorities said.

The incident occurred on July 27 at approximately 6:12 p.m. when deputies responded to Wendy’s at 588 Warrenton Road for a report of a woman screaming in the area. Deputies located the suspect, who displayed clear signs of intoxication.

As deputies attempted to detain her, she ran into the drive-thru lane but was quickly taken into custody. A search uncovered smoking devices and multiple suspected controlled substances.

The suspect, identified as Rachel Jordan of Stafford, was charged with four counts of possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. She was transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where she was held pending a bond hearing.
