STAMFORD, Conn. — A lucky Connecticut Lottery player has won $25,000 playing KENO, officials announced.

The winning ticket was purchased at Belltown Superette in Stamford. The winner, identified as Cynthia K., claimed the prize on Jan. 29.

KENO offers players the chance to win by matching numbers drawn in each game. Prizes vary based on the number of matches and the wager placed.

The Connecticut Lottery encourages all winners to sign the back of their tickets and claim prizes within the designated timeframe.
