Phillipsburg, NJ – Police are seeking the public’s help identifying and locating a man who sexually assaulted a child at Walter’s Park in Phillipsburg last year. The Hispanic man in his 30s or 40s is believed to have known the child, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
The assault took place in September 2023, with the New Jersey Youth Corps of Phillipsburg’s building situated near the park on Meyner Road.
Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect this week.
