Stokes State Forest to host Halloween crafts event for children

SANDYSTON, N.J. — Stokes State Forest will host a Halloween-themed crafts event for children on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Stony Lake.

The event, “Stokes Skeleton Halloween Crafts,” invites children of all ages to participate in outdoor craft activities. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and enjoy an afternoon of creativity. The event will be led by park naturalists who will assist with the craft projects.

The cost is $5 per child, and parental supervision is required. Registration is available by calling the park office at (973-948-3820) or by stopping by during office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
