Brooklyn, NY — On Monday evening, at approximately 7:35 PM, a 26-year-old female was reportedly assaulted at the Marcy Avenue subway station. The incident occurred as the victim was approaching the mezzanine and turnstile area when an unidentified male grabbed her buttocks.
The assailant fled the scene on foot, heading towards Broadway and Havemeyer Street. No injuries were reported from the incident.
The suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion, around 25 years old, standing 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white baseball hat, white t-shirt, gray shorts, and blue sneakers.
Authorities are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the individual involved. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police.
