Suffolk County Police Rescue Horse Stuck in Mud at Blydenburgh Park

SMITHTOWN, NY – Suffolk County cops decided it was time to start horsing around after being called to a local park to rescue a distressed horse.

Emergency Service Section and Fourth Precinct officers assisted a horse stuck in the mud at Blydenburgh County Park on Monday. Officers promptly helped the horse to secure ground. Following the rescue, the animal was taken for evaluation by its owners.
