TOMS RIVER, NJ – Toms River Recreation is set to offer Summer Karate Classes led by Master Keith, spanning an 8-week program from July 9 to August 27. The classes will take place every Tuesday at the Youth Services building, designed specifically for children aged 5 to 14.
