BRONX, NY – Ramsey Minaya, a 21-year-old male from 3165 Decatur Avenue, was arrested and charged on Saturday, at around 9:00 am.
The charges against Minaya include Attempted Murder, Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
This arrest is related to an incident on Thursday, July 27, near 3349 Hull Avenue.
That day, a 30-year-old male was shot while inside a vehicle.
The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/North Central Bronx in stable condition.
