Suspect Arrested for Retail Theft at Lowe’s in York

YORK, PA – Toney Vanthony Roberson has been arrested in connection with a retail theft at Lowe’s, located at 1175 Carlisle Road, York, PA.

The incident, which took place on September 7, 2023, involved the theft of merchandise valued at $848.03. Following the investigation, Roberson was charged with one count of Retail Theft.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on January 24.

Roberson was apprehended on Monday, fulfilling the terms of the arrest warrant. The York Police Department led the investigation and arrest at the Lowe’s store.

The police are now processing the case, and Roberson is expected to face judicial proceedings in relation to the theft charge.
