YORK, PA – Dexter Alex Reeser was apprehended on April 12th for charges related to an investigation on Church Road. Reeser was charged with strangulation and harassment from an incident on April 11th.
A warrant for his arrest was issued the same day. Reeser was taken into custody without incident, and authorities have not released any further details on the events leading to the charges.
