Suspect Arrested for Weapons Violation during Traffic Stop in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, MD – On Thursday, at around 7:25 pm, an officer of the Eastern District Police Department stopped a vehicle at Crain Highway and Hidden Brook Drive in Glen Burnie.

A search resulted in the seizure of a loaded 9mm Ruger handgun and a small amount of suspected marijuana.

The suspect, Malcolm Sean Artis, a 25-year-old Baltimore resident, was found to be prohibited from possessing firearms.
