MANHATTAN, NY – Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. announced the indictment of 32-year-old Lenue Moore for a triple homicide.
Moore faces charges for the murder of Jacqueline Billini, 57, Levaughn Harvin, 42, and a dog named Zeus.
The incident, fueled by an ongoing dispute, occurred on September 29. Moore, allegedly in retaliation for prior reports of violence made by Billini, fatally shot her and Harvin during a walk near West 165th Street and Edgecombe Avenue.
Prior allegations against Moore include a violent episode on April 11, leading to injuries and the issuance of Orders of Protection.
Moore awaits trial on these charges, alongside the current indictment for first and second-degree murder, weapon possession, criminal contempt, and animal cruelty.
