VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Richard Shusko, 39, was arrested on August 9 by the Virginia Beach Police Department’s Special Investigations Bureau. He faces two felony charges for Conspiracy to Abduct with Intent to Defile and one felony count of Rape.
