Suspect Charged for Assault and Robbery on 4th Street

Washington, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department has announced the arrest of a man in connection with a robbery in the Northeast part of the city.

On Monday, at around 11:45 PM, the accused approached the victim in the hallway of a building in the 2300 block of 4th Street. Following an assault on the victim, the suspect took property from them and escaped from the location.

James Norris, 25, from Clinton, MD, was apprehended on Tuesday and is now facing charges of Robbery (Force and Violence).
