BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department’s Homicide Detectives have charged 19-year-old Freedom Disean Brown for the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Tre’shaun Harmon. The incident occurred on Monday, February 20.
Harmon was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at East Joppa Road and Delaware Avenue, 21286. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Brown remains in custody and has been denied bail.
