COLUMBUS, OHIO – Columbus Police have arrested and charged a 26-year-old man from Powell with murder after finding a woman deceased in east Columbus.
The discovery came after a call to the Emergency Communications Center yesterday regarding a possible dead person at a residence in the 1400 block of Berkeley Road.
Responding officers found Shannon Hiott dead inside the house from apparent stab wounds. Chance Donohoe later turned himself in and admitted to his role in the death.
