Suspect Identified in Theft at Macy’s in Capital City Mall

LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, PA – On March 23rd, the Lower Allen Township Police were dispatched to Macy’s in the Capital City Mall for a reported theft that occurred the previous evening at approximately 8:29 p.m.

A male suspect, later identified as Ralph Chase, allegedly stole over $1000 worth of women’s activewear and coats.

Chase, described as a black male wearing a blue ball cap, black mask, gray hoodie, and gray pants, was seen leaving the scene in a silver Saturn sedan.

An investigation, supported by surveillance footage, led to the identification of Chase.

Charges have been filed, and an arrest warrant has been issued for his apprehension.
