Suspect in Aberdeen Carjacking Sought by Police

ABERDEEN TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Aberdeen Township Police Department is currently investigating a carjacking that occurred just before 4 PM on Friday on Ridge Road in Cliffwood Beach.

Responding to the scene, officers confirmed that a 2008 Honda Civic was stolen, and the two occupants of the vehicle were assaulted.

The suspect, described as a white male with a skinny build, blond hair, and facial hair, fled in the stolen vehicle and is considered armed. Authorities have indicated that this incident was not random.

The investigation is being led by Detective Louis Nanna and Detective Ron Osadacz. The Aberdeen Township Police Department urges anyone with information to contact them at 732-566-2054.
