Suspect Sought in D.C. Retail Theft

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police are seeking a suspect involved in a retail theft on Wednesday in Northwest D.C.

Around 2:00 p.m., the suspect entered a store in the 1600 block of 14th Street, Northwest, and stole items from two locations within the establishment before fleeing.

Surveillance footage captured images of the individual.

Residents with information about the suspect are urged to contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or send a tip via text to 50411. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
