Suspect Sought in Fulton Street Stabbing

NEW YORK, NY – On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, around 09:10 AM, an altercation on Fulton Street escalated into a violent encounter. The incident, which occurred in front of 422 Fulton Street, involved a 38-year-old male and an unidentified individual.

During the verbal dispute, the assailant produced a cutting instrument and stabbed the victim in the neck. After the attack, the perpetrator fled the scene on foot to an unknown location. The victim sustained a small puncture wound in the neck but refused medical attention at the scene.
