Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clips.
On August 30, 2021 and September 1, 2021, an unknown black male broke into lockboxes containing keys to two residences on the 1600 block of Ogden St. He then used the keys to gain access to the locations taking a package and a bicycle.
