Suspect Wanted for Repeatedly Kicking Small White Dog in Lancaster

LANCASTER, PA – The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is seeking community assistance following an animal abuse incident on Sunday.

Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of Marietta Ave. after receiving an animal complaint. A video, provided by a citizen, captures a male in a red jacket, red cap, and black pants repeatedly kicking a small white dog.

The police are asking for any information that could lead to the identification of the suspect.
