PHILADELPHIA, PA – On December 16, 2021, at 5:17pm, a leaving the scene auto vs. pedestrian crash occurred. A white Nissan was traveling east on Westmoreland St when it impacted two pedestrians standing on the side of the road. Victim #1, a 44-year-old-female, suffered minor scrapes and bruises and victim #2, a 51-year-old-male, listed in critical condition. Both victims were transported to temple hospital. The suspect fled the scene and was last seen in the area of Wheatsheaf and Aramingo Ave.
