PHILADELPHIA, PA – Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos.
On May 15, 2022, at 11:20 pm, the victim, a 45-year-old-female, was involved in a verbal altercation the suspect and another individual took the victim’s cell phone and approximately $140. The victim was punched one time in the face during the incident.
