Suspects Flee in White Sedan After E-Bike Theft in Albemarle County

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA – The Albemarle County Police Department is requesting public assistance to identify two suspects involved in a larceny that occurred on Saturday, January 6.

According to the report, the suspects entered Public Lands on Wegmans Way and unlawfully removed an e-bike from the store premises.

Witnesses observed the suspects leaving the scene in a white sedan, make and model unknown.

Detective Garrett Moore from the Albemarle County Criminal Investigations Division is leading the inquiry.

The department asks anyone with information about the incident or the suspects’ identities to contact Detective Moore directly or to provide anonymous tips through Crime Stoppers.
