Suspects in D.C. Retail Heist Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department’s Second District detectives are reaching out to the public for help in identifying suspects involved in a recent business theft. The incident occurred this Saturday at approximately 2:10 PM at a retail location on the 1100 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest.

Two individuals were involved in forcefully breaking into a display case to steal property. After the theft, the suspects fled the scene in a vehicle driven by a third accomplice. Surveillance cameras in the vicinity captured both the suspects and their getaway vehicle.

Authorities urge anyone with information about the suspects or the vehicle to contact the police at (202) 727-9099. Tips can also be sent anonymously via the department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. Citizens are advised not to approach the suspects but to provide any information that could lead to their identification and arrest.
