Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following still photos.
On September 11, 2021 at 9:14 pm, the victim, an 18 year-old male, was at Broad Street and Cecil B. Moore Ave when he was hit in the face and head with skateboards by three unknown males. The complainant was knocked unconscious and received stitches to close a wound on his ear.
