Suspects Wanted for Bar Armed Robbery in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA –  Two suspects are being sought in connection with a Tuesday robbery at a bar in Philadelphia

According to police, at 12:30 am at Phil’s Place Bar at198 West Godfrey Ave, two unknown black males robbed the at gunpoint. Video Surveillance recovered from the bar shows two unknown black males entering the bar around 11 pm.

“The males stay at the bar for approximately an hour and a half,” police said. “At 12:30 ama suspect takes out a handgun and points it at two patrons and the bartender. Another jumps the bar and grabs the bartender and takes approximately $1500.”

Police said the suspects left the bar from the side door and when the bartender went to alert the patrons outside, one of the suspects shot one time at the bar and fled north on 2nd Street.
