Mt. Airy, MD – On Sept. 14, at approximately 12:15 p.m., the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Narcotics Investigations Section, along with members of the FCSO SWAT and Frederick Police Department (FPD) SWAT, successfully executed a search and seizure warrant at 13134 Old National Pike in Mt. Airy, Maryland. The search and seizure warrant was a result of a lengthy, two-month-long investigation into a prostitution ring and brothel house operating out of that location.
Once inside the residence, investigators encountered three adult male subjects and two adult females. Investigators observed that the business owners converted the residence into a business-like setting, complete with a waiting and sitting area for the “Johns”, along with three separate bedrooms for services. A further search revealed approximately $18,000, surveillance cameras inside and outside of the property, and numerous items seized that were consistent with a brothel house.
Those currently facing charges include:
• Luis Fernando Cruz, age 23 of Laurel, Maryland is charged with Prostitution Business and two counts of maintaining a house of prostitution
• Juan David Ceballos Garcia, age 29 of Frederick, is charged with Prostitution Business and two counts of maintaining a house of prostitution
• Yesica Alexandra Alvarez Florez, age 30, of New York, New York, is charged with Prostitution General

• Jessica Angee Perez Nanez, age 30, of New York, New York, is charged with Prostitution General.
A third adult male has charges pending.
