Swatara Murder Suspect In Custody

SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA – The Swatara Police have detained Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez, 26, in relation to a homicide in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street.

Following the events of Saturday, Hernandez-Hernandez is facing charges including Murder and Reckless Endangering Another Person.

Responding to a 10:24 p.m. call, officers discovered a male victim, later identified as 39-year-old Josue Saez, deceased from gunshot wounds.

A second male victim was found with non-life-threatening injuries and has received hospital treatment.

As Hernandez-Hernandez awaits arraignment, detectives, with support from the Dauphin County Forensics Unit and the District Attorney’s office, continue their search for Felix Hernandez-Hernandez, a person of interest in this case.
