Syracuse Police Investigate Discovery of Deceased Dog

Authorities in Syracuse are conducting an investigation following the discovery of a deceased dog found inside two plastic garbage bags at Kelley Memorial Park in the Valley of Syracuse on February 13.

The dog, posthumously named Finn, was described as a young male, not neutered, and gray in color, appearing emaciated.

Police are asking anyone with information in this heinous case of animal cruelty to contact them.
