GAITHERSBURG, Md. — Montgomery County police have arrested two men in connection with a large-scale burglary at a Saks Fifth Avenue store in Chevy Chase earlier this month. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of September 10, involved more than 20 suspects, according to police. Mandel Greene, 27, of Washington, D.C., and Omar Ross Staley, 21, of Beltsville, were apprehended near the scene and have been charged with second-degree burglary.
