Chuang sentenced Arsenio Cleckley, a/k/a “Bund”, age 39, of Accokeek, Maryland to eight years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. D.C. Police seek vehicle connected to last week’s homicide on 35th street

WASHINGTON, DC – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch seek assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle of interest in a homicide that occurred on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, in the unit block of 35th Street, Northeast. At approximately 10:07 pm, members of the Sixth District responded to the listed location for the report of a traffic accident. Upon arrival, members located an adult male, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, in a vehicle that had struck a parked vehicle. WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Saturday, March 6, 2021, in the 600 block of F Street, Northwest. D.C. National Guard General Waited Hours for Response to Muster Guardsman During Capitol Incursion
